Role Description The Senior Manager Corporate Finance will oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making and long-term growth at Esse India.

Responsibilities include leading financial modeling activities, reviewing and interpreting financial statements, preparing management reports, and driving budgeting and forecasting processes. The role will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate business performance, optimize resource allocation, and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements.

Manager will also be expected to implement best practices in financial governance, monitor key financial metrics, and provide insights to enhance profitability and operational efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Canada.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Finance with proven experience in corporate or business finance roles.
- Advanced Financial Modeling skills for forecasting, scenario analysis, and valuation.
- Proficiency in Financial Statements analysis, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Experience in Financial Reporting, management reporting, and preparation of dashboards for leadership.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret complex data, identify trends, and recommend data-driven actions.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with financial software, spreadsheets, and ERP or accounting systems.
- Robust communication and presentation abilities, with capacity to work collaboratively across teams.
- Demonstrated integrity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
