Job Title: Telecaller

Location: Trichy

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and result-driven Telecallers to join our finance company. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining financial products, and converting leads into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain financial products and services clearly to customers
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain regular communication
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets




- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth process execution

Essential Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th / Diploma / Any Degree
- Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in telecalling or sales
- Basic knowledge of finance products (preferred but not mandatory)

Required Skills
- Good communication skills (Tamil mandatory, English preferred)
- Robust convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, calling tools)
- Ability to handle rejection and work under targets
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
