Role Overview

Kanerika is looking for a Senior SEO Strategist who doesn’t just “optimize pages,” but builds
scalable, AI-driven growth systems. This role sits at the intersection of SEO, automation, and
revenue strategy—where experimentation meets execution.

You will be responsible for driving organic growth that contributes directly to a $35M
pipeline target for 2026, while positioning Kanerika as a globally recognized data & AI brand
across the U.S. and Europe.

This is a player-coach role—you’ll execute hands-on while mentoring junior talent and building
repeatable systems that scale.

1. SEO Strategy & Revenue Alignment

● Build and execute a global SEO




strategy aligned to a $35M revenue pipeline target (2026)

● Identify high-intent keyword
clusters across services, solutions, and migration-led growth pages

● Own organic contribution to
pipeline, not just traffic metrics

2. Core SEO Execution (Foundational Excellence)

This is where consistency beats
cleverness.

● Conduct comprehensive keyword
research (short-tail, long-tail, intent-driven clustering)

● Perform on-page optimization:

○ Meta titles, descriptions, headers

○ Keyword placement and semantic
optimization

○ Content structure and readability

● Manage technical SEO hygiene:

○ Crawl ability, indexing, XML
sitemaps, robots.txt

○ Core Web Vitals and page speed
optimization

○ Fixing broken links, redirects,
canonical issues

● Execute internal linking
strategies to improve authority flow and discover-ability

● Perform regular SEO audits and implement fixes proactively
