Role Description The Senior Logistics Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Canada, responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics operations to support the firm’s immigration and consulting services. This role includes planning and managing the movement and storage of documents, materials, and resources between offices and external partners to ensure timely processing of client cases.

The Senior Logistics

Manager will coordinate supply chain activities, optimize inventory levels, and manage procurement of office and operational supplies while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with company standards. Day-to-day tasks involve supervising logistics staff, monitoring vendor performance, resolving operational issues,



and implementing process improvements for faster turnaround and better client service. The role also requires regular reporting on logistics KPIs, collaboration with customer service and consulting teams, and adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management to oversee end-to-end operations and ensure efficient movement of materials and documents.
- Proficiency in Inventory Management to maintain optimal stock levels, track usage, and prevent shortages or excess.
- Experience in Procurement to source, negotiate, and manage vendors for office supplies, services, and logistics-related requirements.
- Customer Service skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely and accurate support for client-facing operations.
- Proven experience in a senior logistics or operations management role, preferably in professional services, consulting, or office-based environments.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities, with competence in using logistics or ERP software and standard office tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead teams, manage cross-functional collaboration, and present operational reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
