Location: Kakkanad, Kochi

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Office

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month + High Sales Incentives

Trailspec Gears Pvt. Ltd. (Trawoc) is looking for a Senior Inside Sales Executive who is energetic, target-driven, and passionate about converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls and handle inbound customer enquiries
- Convert leads into confirmed orders
- Follow up consistently with prospective customers
- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM
- Upsell and cross-sell products wherever relevant
- Coordinate with Operations and Customer Support teams
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling / inside sales / telesales

- Fluency in English – Mandatory
- Hindi – Required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Robust follow-up and lead-conversion ability
- Target-oriented and self-motivated




- Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel and email
- Candidates who can work effectively from the office
