We’re seeking a high-calibre MBA professional to lead Talent Acquisition, focused exclusively on hiring senior sales leaders.

Key responsibilities

- Identify, attract and hire senior sales leaders
- Build and maintain a strong network of high-quality sales talent
- Map the market and proactively engage passive candidates
- Partner with founders and business leaders to define hiring needs
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to closure
- Evaluate candidates for capability, maturity and cultural fit
- Build a scalable, repeatable leadership hiring engine

What we’re looking for

- Robust communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Maturity, persistence and sound judgment
- Ability to engage credibly with senior sales professionals and leadership teams
- MBA required

Location: Bengaluru | Work from office

Working days: Monday–Saturday
