Role Description The Senior Human Resources Specialist will manage and support day-to-day HR operations for the on-site team in Shaikpet. This full-time role includes overseeing employee lifecycle processes such as recruitment support, onboarding, performance management coordination, and employee engagement initiatives. The specialist will implement and maintain HR policies, administer employee benefits, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.

Daily responsibilities include advising managers on personnel matters, maintaining accurate HR records, handling employee queries, and supporting conflict resolution.



The role also involves partnering with leadership to improve HR processes, contribute to workforce planning, and support training and development activities aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

- Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience handling end-to-end HR operations.
- Ability to develop, implement, and maintain HR Policies that support compliance and a positive workplace culture.
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration, including enrollment, communication, and query resolution.
- Demonstrated Personnel Management skills, including handling employee relations, performance issues, and disciplinary processes.
- Solid understanding of local labor laws and HR compliance requirements relevant to manufacturing or food production environments.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively on-site with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in HRIS or HR management systems and basic MS Office tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a senior or specialist HR role, preferably within manufacturing, FMCG, or related industries.
