About the Role

We are looking for a self-driven, hands-on HR professional who can independently manage the complete HR function for a team of 30–35 employees.

This is a one-stop HR role where you will be responsible for the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment and screening to onboarding, employee management and exit formalities .

The role goes beyond traditional HR and will also involve AI tools, social media, digital marketing support, process improvement and other business initiatives .

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection and offer management.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
- Manage onboarding and induction of recent employees.

HR Operations

- Manage attendance, leave, employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs.
- Handle confirmations, appraisals, increments and employee lifecycle processes.
- Maintain HR MIS, trackers and reports.

Policies, Compliance & Employee Relations

- Develop, implement and update HR policies and processes.
- Ensure HR documentation and applicable compliance requirements are maintained.
- Handle employee grievances, conflicts and disciplinary matters.
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees and management.

Performance & Employee Engagement

- Coordinate performance reviews and appraisal processes.
- Track employee performance and support managers in addressing performance concerns.
- Plan employee engagement and team-building initiatives.




- Support employee retention and workplace culture initiatives.

Exit Management

- Manage resignations, notice periods, handovers and clearances.
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Coordinate full & final settlement and exit documentation.

Beyond HR This position will not be limited to recruitment or HR operations. You will also be expected to contribute to:
- Exploring and implementing AI tools and applications for productivity and automation.
- Supporting social media and employer branding activities.
- Assisting with digital marketing, research and content-related initiatives .
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation .
- Supporting management with cross-functional projects and other business initiatives.

What We’re Looking For
- 4–5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Good understanding of employee relations, grievance handling and HR policies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently manage HR for a 30–35 member organization.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good documentation and organizational skills.
- Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential matters.
- Willingness to learn and work with AI tools and new technologies .
- Interest in social media, digital marketing and business operations will be an advantage.
- Most importantly, someone with a strong ownership mindset who is willing to work beyond a conventional HR .

Important This is not an HR role limited to recruitment, attendance or administration .
