Responsibilities
- Good at sourcing from Naukri, Foundit, etc.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Handle leadership, niche, and critical hiring.
- Guide junior recruiters and interns.
- Build sourcing strategies.
- Client interaction and requirement gathering.
- Drive closures within defined TAT.
- Prepare recruitment MIS reports.
- Improve recruitment processes.
