- Hands-on experience in Payroll, Attendance & HR Operations
- Valuable understanding of HR policies, statutory compliance & employee engagement
- Experience working with job portals and recruitment platforms
- Excellent verbal, written & interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational, coordination & problem-solving abilities
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel & HR spreadsheets
- Fluent English communication is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations and employee relations
- Manage attendance, leave records, payroll coordination and employee data
- Establish, update and implement HR policies,



processes and procedures
- Conduct candidate interviews and ensure a smooth selection & onboarding process
- Handle job portal management, vacancy postings and candidate databases
- Address employee concerns, queries and workplace issues professionally
- Prepare and maintain accurate HR reports, MIS and employee records
- Work closely with management on manpower planning, staffing requirements and HR initiatives
- Support employee engagement, retention and overall workplace culture

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Education

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
- HR Manager: 3 years (Preferred)
- Payroll management: 3 years (Preferred)
- Satutory Compliances: 3 years (Preferred)
