We are looking for a Senior HR Manager capable of designing and rebuilding HR system from ground up.

We operate across facilities management, logistics, oil field supplies and IT & outsourcing. Based in Kochi, this role leads Group HR across every entity, reporting directly to Senior Management. Periodic travel to Group locations [UAE, India].

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

- Group HR strategy — workforce planning, organizational design, people risk
- The HR policy framework and performance management cycles, from scratch
- Organizational structure, job architecture, succession planning, retention
- End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across the Group, and the team that delivers it
- Employee lifecycle, HRMS, HR operations and reporting across all entities
- Employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, labor law compliance, engagement and welfare. There is no inherited playbook here — we need someone who has built HR functions, not only run them.

WHAT WE NEED





- 15+ years in human resources, including 5+ in a senior HR leadership role.
- Building HR policy, performance management frameworks or organizational structure from the ground up.
- Leading an HR or recruitment team across more than one entity.
- Working knowledge of labor laws across the operating regions, HRMS platforms and HR analytics.
- English, Hindi and Malayalam. You are the senior HR point of contact for a workforce spanning India and UAE.
- MBA in HR or Administration & Operations, or equivalent experience.
