About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer who can develop fresh visual ideas and take them from concept to final execution. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, a valuable understanding of brands and consumers, and the ability to work across multiple formats and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop fresh, contemporary and unique creative ideas for brands.

- Create concepts, layouts and graphic content for advertising, social media, websites, brand collateral, films, events and other communication.

- Understand creative briefs and translate them into robust visual concepts.

- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, photographers, filmmakers and other creative professionals.

- Guide and review the work of junior designers when required.

- Contribute to the artistic direction and visual execution of photo and film shoots.

- Take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery.

- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining quality.





- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in design and visual communication.

- Bring new ideas, references and creative perspectives to the team.

Requirements

- 4+ years of relevant experience in graphic design.

- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, design thinking and execution.

- Excellent knowledge of

Adobe Creative Suite and

CorelDRAW/Corel Suite

.

- Solid understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition and visual storytelling.

- Experience working collaboratively with writers, designers and other creative professionals.

- Ability to understand a brief and convert ideas into effective visual communication.

- Strong communication, collaboration and time-management skills.

- Willingness to learn, experiment and develop new skills.

- Interest in art, advertising, brands and consumer behaviour.

- Ability to sketch and communicate concepts visually is an added advantage.

- Having hobbies, interests or passions outside design and advertising is a plus.
