About the Role

We are looking for a talented and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in social media design, branding, and visual communication, with the ability to turn ideas into engaging and impactful designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Create creative designs for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Develop and maintain brand identity and visual guidelines.
- Design social media posts, campaigns, advertisements, banners, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts.
- Ensure all designs are aligned with the brand's tone, style, and guidelines.
- Create cutting-edge concepts for digital campaigns and promotional activities.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media formats, and visual styles.
- Review and improve existing creative assets to maintain consistency and quality.

Requirements




- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating social media design and branding work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Figma.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and composition.
- Good understanding of branding and visual identity.
- Ability to convert briefs and ideas into creative visual concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Good time-management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in brand identity development.
- Knowledge of social media advertising creatives.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics/video editing is a plus.
- Experience working with marketing teams or creative agencies is an advantage.

What We’re Looking For A creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas, strong visual storytelling, and consistent brand execution across digital and offline platforms. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
