About the Role:

AdSynergiX is a performance AdTech company operating across India, SEA, EU, and the USA. We are building a suite of products across AdTech, MarTech, and influencer marketing, including modern SaaS platforms, edge-runtime systems, consumer-scale web products, and high-throughput data infrastructure.

We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer – Backend Leaning who can take real ownership across the stack, work directly with the founder, make architecture decisions, and ship to production from week one.

This role starts as a senior individual contributor and has the potential to grow into the technical anchor who helps build and lead the engineering team. You will work alongside an existing Product Manager, a Java/Spring backend developer, and a Next.js frontend developer.

Core Technical Skills

Must Have:

- 3–5+ years of full stack engineering experience with strong backend ownership.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java/Spring, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Expertise in async patterns, queues, background jobs, and worker architectures.
- Strong understanding of system design and architecture, including distributed systems, multi-tenant SaaS, and scalable service design.
- Advanced experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design, indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with Redis in production.
- Strong API design experience across REST, GraphQL, or tRPC.
- Experience with third-party API integrations, webhook systems, and large-scale data flows.
- Cloud and DevOps understanding across AWS, GCP, or Azure, including networking, IAM, containers, CI/CD, and secrets management.
- Strong security fundamentals including AuthN/AuthZ, OAuth, JWT handling, rate limiting, and secure-by-default engineering.
- Experience building with AI / LLM APIs, including prompting, structured outputs, embeddings, and agentic workflows.




- Ability to own the complete feature lifecycle: schema, API, background jobs, frontend integration, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.

Strong Plus

- Experience with Cloudflare Workers, edge runtimes, or Supabase in production.
- AdTech / MarTech domain understanding - affiliate, attribution, programmatic, ad servers, RTB, or tracking systems.
- Experience with high-throughput and event-driven systems such as Kafka or similar streaming architecture.
- Java / Spring Boot experience for enterprise-grade backend services.
- Strong Next.js experience, especially SSR / RSC.
- Experience with vector databases, applied ML, or production AI workflows.
