- Job Summary:
- The Senior Finance officer will oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the organization. This role is crucial in driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial principles, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively along with the compliance of tax regulations of UAE.

- Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Planning and Analysis:
- #Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with company goals.

- #Conduct financial analysis to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights.

- - Reporting and Compliance:
- #Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to finance manager and senior management.

- #Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.

- - Cash Flow Management:
- #Monitor and manage cash flow to optimize working capital and ensure financial stability.

- #Develop strategies for cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.

- - Team Leadership:
- #Supervise and mentor finance team members at the back office, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.





- #Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and ensure financial alignment.

- - Strategic Planning:
- #Support senior leadership in strategic planning by providing financial insights and modelling for new initiatives, investments, and business opportunities.

- #Analyse potential mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships from a financial perspective.

- - Cost Management:
- #Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to improve operational efficiency.

- #Oversee expense management and ensure alignment with budgetary constraints.

- - Audit and Risk Management:
- #Coordinate with the Finance manager for internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion and compliance with financial policies.

- #Identify and mitigate financial risks, developing strategies to address potential issues.

- Qualifications:
- - Qualified Chartered Accountant
- - Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in finance or accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.

- - Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and best practices.

- - Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems

- Preferred Skills:
- - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.

- - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal in English
