Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 10+ years of hands-on experience in real estate project execution. The role involves end-to-end management of real estate projects—from planning and design coordination to execution, budgeting, quality control, and handover—ensuring timely delivery within approved cost and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end real estate projects (residential)

Prepare and monitor project plans, timelines, budgets, and cash flows.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.

Ensure compliance with statutory approvals, local authority norms, and safety regulations.

Monitor construction quality, progress, and site execution.

Manage contract administration, BOQs, change orders, and billing certification.

Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews with stakeholders.

Ensure adherence to quality standards,
safety norms, and company SOPs.

Oversee project handover, snag closure, and documentation.

Support senior management with MIS reports and dashboards.
