Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Finance Professional to lead and manage key financial functions within the organization. The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in corporate finance, financial planning, strategic financial management, compliance, budgeting, and international business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage overall financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
- Develop and implement effective financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee financial operations, cash flow management, investments, and risk management.
- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, taxation requirements, and corporate policies.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, financial institutions, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports, MIS, forecasts, and business performance analysis.
- Drive financial controls, cost optimization, profitability improvement,



and process efficiency.
- Support strategic business decisions including expansion, investments, mergers, acquisitions, and international operations.
- Lead and mentor the finance team while ensuring high standards of accuracy, transparency, and compliance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders wherever required.

Qualifications

- MBA in Finance from a reputed institution is mandatory.
- Additional professional qualifications such as CA, CFA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent will be preferred.
- Strong academic background with excellent knowledge of corporate finance and financial management.
- Advanced knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, compliance, and risk management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, financial software, and advanced MS Excel.

Experience

- Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounts.
- Significant experience working with reputed corporate organizations and/or international firms.
- Exposure to multinational companies, global financial operations, or international business environments will be highly preferred.
- Proven experience in handling senior-level financial responsibilities and strategic decision-making.
