We're Hiring: Senior Accounts Executive

? New Delhi (Hybrid) | Full time

At Accountables, we help growing businesses across the UK and US build stronger finance functions through reliable reporting, better controls, and finance support that evolves with their growth.

We're now looking for a Senior Accounts Executive to join us — someone with strong accounting expertise, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work closely with clients while taking ownership of high-quality finance delivery.

What you'll do

✔ Lead accounting and reporting delivery for a portfolio of UK and US clients

✔ Review financial statements, management reports, and month-end deliverables

✔ Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning

✔ Strengthen financial controls and improve audit readiness

✔ Mentor junior team members and review their work

✔ Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

✔ Work closely with founders, CFOs, and finance stakeholders across growing businesses

What we're looking for

✔ Semi qualified CA

✔ 2-3 year of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or controllership

✔ Strong Excel and analytical skills





✔ Experience with cloud accounting tools and modern finance workflows

✔ Confidence in working with clients and managing communication professionally

✔ A proactive, detail-oriented, and ownership-driven mindset

Bonus if you've worked with

QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, Dext, Hubdoc, Gusto etc or have experience in FP&A; role.
