Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management &

- Reporting

- Manage overall financial controllership and accounting operations.

- Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing.

- Prepare and review P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and MIS reports.

- Ensure accuracy of financial records, reconciliations, provisions and accruals.

- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and Ind AS.

Cost Control &

- Profitability

- Monitor and control company expenses.

- Analyse costs related to procurement, imports, logistics, marketing, manpower and operations.

- Identify cost overruns and opportunities for cost savings.

- Analyse product, channel and business profitability.

- Support management in improving margins and profitability.

Budgeting, Forecasting &

- FP&A;

- Lead the annual budgeting and financial planning process.

- Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts.

- Perform Budget vs. Actual and variance analysis.

- Build financial models and business scenarios.

- Track key business KPIs, revenue, margins and expenses.

- Provide financial insights to management for decision-making.

Cash Flow &

- Working Capital

- Monitor cash flow, collections, payables and working capital.

- Prepare cash flow forecasts and fund requirement plans.

- Improve receivable and payable cycles.

- Monitor inventory and cash conversion efficiency.

Audit &

- Compliance

- Coordinate and lead statutory, internal and tax audits.

- Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.





- Coordinate with auditors and external consultants.

- Strengthen internal controls and financial processes.

Business Finance

- Work closely with Business, Sales, Marketing and Operations teams.

- Provide financial analysis for pricing, procurement, investments and expansion.

- Prepare business cases and ROI analysis.

- Support management with data-driven financial recommendations.

Team &

- Process Management

- Develop finance policies, SOPs and internal controls.

- Improve finance processes, reporting and automation.

- Lead, mentor and review the finance team.

- Ensure timely and accurate financial operations.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Financial Controllership, FP&A; and Cost Management.

- Excellent budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting skills.

- Solid understanding of Ind AS, taxation and audit.

- Experience in profitability, cost and variance analysis.

- Strong working capital and cash flow management skills.

- Advanced MS Excel and financial modelling.

- Experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Tally or similar ERP.

- Power BI experience is an added advantage.

- Strong analytical, commercial and leadership skills.

Qualification &

- Experience

- CA Qualified / Semi-Qualified

- 8–10 years of relevant experience in Finance &
- Accounts, Controllership, FP&A; or Business Finance.

- Experience in E-commerce, Retail, D2C, FMCG, Consumer Products or Distribution is preferred.
