? ABOUT THE ROL

As a Senior Sales Executive – Saurashtra, you will be responsible for developing and expanding VITA’s retail and furniture hardware business across the region

.

The key objective of this role is to establish VITA as a priority brand among the right retail dealers and furniture factories across Saurashtra

.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIE

S

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail dealers in the Furniture & Hardware segment

.
- Identify and onboard quality Hardware, Plywood and Furniture Retail Showrooms and start VITA products with them

.
- Drive dealers to actively promote and prioritize VITA products in their showroom

.
- Develop VITA business with modular furniture and furniture manufacturing factories across the territory

.
- Identify new business opportunities and continuously expand VITA’s customer base

.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory

.
- Ensure strong product visibility, availability and market penetration

.
- Regularly visit dealers, retailers, furniture factories and other key customers

.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business

.
- Gather market intelligence, competitor information and customer feedback

.
- Coordinate with the internal sales team for smooth order execution and customer support

.

? TRAVEL REQUIREMEN

T

This is a field sales position covering the entire Saurashtra region

.

On an average

:

? Around 12 working days/month: Rajko t? Around 14 working days/month: Travel across other districts of Saurashtr a

Candidates should be comfortable with regular inter-city travel and extensive field work

.

? CANDIDATE PROFIL

We are looking for candidates who have

:

✅ Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experienc e

✅ Robust experience working with retail Hardware, Plywood or Furniture customer s

✅ Existing knowledge and relationships with Hardware and Plywood Retail Dealer s

✅ Experience dealing with Furniture and Modular Furniture Factorie s

✅ Strong understanding of the local market and customer network across Saurashtr a

✅ Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skill s

✅ Proven ability to achieve sales target s

✅ Willingness to travel extensively across Saurashtr a

PREFERRED INDUSTRY EXPERIENC

E

? Petrol / Fuel Allowan ce

Petrol / fuel allowance is provided for official field travel using a personal vehicl e.

This allowance applies to official business travel both within Rajkot, the base location, and outside Rajkot across the assigned Saurashtra territor y.





? Hotel / Accommodation – Outstation Trav el

Hotel and accommodation expenses are fully covered by the company whenever an overnight stay is required during official travel outside Rajko t.

?️ Meals & Food – Outstation Tra vel

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner expenses are fully covered by the company during official outstation travel outside Rajk ot.

? Intercity Travel – Outstation Tra vel

Bus, Train or other approved public transportation expenses for official travel between Rajkot and other cities/districts across Saurashtra are fully covered by the compa ny.

Paid Leave benefits are provided as per company poli cy.

While travelling for official work within Rajkot, the employee is eligible for Petrol / Fuel Allowance when using a personal vehic le.

For official travel outside Rajkot, Intercity Travel, Hotel Stay and Meals are covered by the company, along with Petrol / Fuel Allowance when a personal vehicle is used for official field trav el.

No other daily allowance is applicable for routine work within the Rajkot base location, apart from the applicable Petrol / Fuel Allowance for official business trav el.
