Role & Responsibilities:

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Facebook/Meta advertising campaigns across multiple accounts.
- Manage and scale monthly advertising budgets of $10,000+, with strong focus on ROAS, CPA, CPL, and overall profitability.
- Develop campaign strategies, audience targeting, retargeting, and testing plans.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization and scaling.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, offers, and campaign structures.
- Analyze performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools.
- Work closely with creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad campaigns.
- Maintain accurate performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated with Meta advertising policies, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 38 years of hands-on experience in Facebook/Meta Ads or Performance Marketing.
- Proven experience managing high-budget Meta advertising campaigns, preferably $10,000+ per month.




- Strong understanding of campaign structure, scaling strategies, audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to improve ROAS and efficiently manage advertising spend.
- Experience with Meta Business Manager, Facebook Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), GA4, and conversion tracking is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Candidates with a proven track record of managing significant advertising budgets are highly preferred.
