About Praper Media:-We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Executive-Motion Graphics Designer to join our growing creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual effects that elevate digital content across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. You will collaborate closely with editors, content strategists, and creative leads to transform ideas into visually compelling stories that capture audience attention and strengthen brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage motion design projects for multiple clients from brief to final delivery.
- Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, transitions, VFX, kinetic typography, and visual effects.
- Translate creative briefs into engaging visuals while maintaining brand identity and guidelines.
- Collaborate with video editors, designers, content teams, and creative leads for seamless project execution.
- Take ownership of project quality, timelines, revisions, and final delivery with minimal supervision.
- Create platform-ready content for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and digital campaigns.
- Adapt motion styles across different brands, formats, aspect ratios,



and visual languages.
- Stay updated with motion trends, social media formats, memes, and emerging visual styles.
- Suggest creative ideas that improve storytelling, audience engagement, and content quality.
- Maintain organised project files and efficient post-production workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3+ years of professional experience in Motion Design, Motion Graphics, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of animation, typography, composition, timing, transitions, and visual storytelling.
- Proven experience handling client projects and branded content.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with an existing creative team.
- Strong creative thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.
- Ability to understand and implement client and internal feedback.
- Knowledge of VFX, 3D, Blender, Cinema 4D, or other 3D tools is an added advantage.
- A robust portfolio/showreel is mandatory.
