Role

- Hands-on experience in L1 desktop / laptop and end-user support

- Valuable knowledge of Windows operating systems, MacOS basic hardware troubleshooting and common business applications

- Basic understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, internet connectivity and network troubleshooting.

- Basic understanding of Firewall.

- Experience in installation and troubleshooting of printers, plotters, scanners and photocopiers / multifunction machines.

- Basic knowledge of Bio Matrix and door access control installation and configuration.

- Basic knowledge of CCTV systems, cameras, NVR/DVR and connectivity troubleshooting.

- Ability to diagnose issues, resolve them at L1 level

- Good documentation and record-keeping skills, including IT assets, incidents, preventive maintenance and service records

- Strong user-service orientation, communication and problem-solving ability

- Willingness to travel to project sites / offices when required.

Responsibilities

- Provide first-level IT support to users for laptops, desktops and other IT peripherals

- Install, configure and troubleshoot operating systems, standard software, applications and peripheral devices

- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi,



internet connectivity and basic network-related issues and coordinate with network / service providers for resolution

- Install, configure and troubleshoot printers, scanners, photocopiers / multifunction machines and related consumables or connectivity issues

- Installation and maintenance of CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, displays and associated connectivity; coordinate with AMC / vendors for major issues

- Attend user incidents and service requests, maintain an issue log and ensure timely closure or escalation

- Maintain IT asset records including laptops, desktops, printers, network devices, CCTV equipment and other infrastructure assets

- Maintain documentation for IT infrastructure, site-wise equipment, configuration details, warranties, AMC contracts and vendor contacts

- Carry out preventive checks of IT infrastructure and identify potential failures before they impact users

- Maintain basic IT infrastructure checklists and site readiness reports

Ensure proper tagging, handover, return and movement records for IT assets
