Senior Executive - International Sales Coordination

Ariane Fine Porcelain is a premium tableware manufacturing brand known for crafting fine porcelain and ceramic products for hospitality, retail, and institutional clients across global markets. As the brand expands its international footprint, we are looking for a driven sales professional to strengthen our export sales function.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete international sales coordination cycle - from enquiry and quotation to order confirmation, production tracking, and shipment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international buyers, distributors, and agents across assigned regions.
- Prepare export documentation including proforma invoices, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure orders are fulfilled within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Track order status, shipment schedules, and payment terms (LC, advance, DP/DA) with accuracy.
- Support the International Sales Manager in identifying new markets, buyers, and distribution partnerships for premium tableware.
- Coordinate participation in international trade fairs and exhibitions (e.g., Ambiente, Maison & Objet).
- Maintain and update CRM records, sales MIS, and export performance reports for management review.
- Resolve buyer queries, complaints, and after-sales issues in coordination with quality and dispatch teams.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market feedback to support strategic sales decisions.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, International Trade, Export Management, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in international sales coordination or export operations, preferably in ceramics, tableware, home d cor, or a related manufacturing industry.




- Sound knowledge of export documentation, INCOTERMS, and international payment/shipping terms.
- Prior experience working with overseas buyers, agents, or distributors is essential.

Skills & Competencies

- Robust written and verbal business communication skills in English (additional language skills are an advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/CRM systems, and export documentation tools.
- Excellent coordination, follow-up, and multi-tasking ability across cross-functional teams and time zones.
- Strong attention to detail, especially with documentation, pricing, and compliance.
- Customer-centric mindset with negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple international accounts simultaneously.
