Role Description The Senior Executive – HR Operations will independently run, control, and streamline end-to-end HR operations at Yumleys. Based on-site at Akshar Business Park, Turbhe/Sanpada, Navi Mumbai, this role reports to Senior Management/MD and owns the complete employee lifecycle, Keka/HRMS management, PMS implementation, and policy enforcement. We need a hands-on, process-driven system builder—not a caretaker—who creates discipline, enforces SOPs, and takes full accountability.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of hands-on HR Operations, HR Generalist, or HRBP experience (preferably in FMCG, Food, Manufacturing, Retail, or Logistics).
- Strong expertise in managing complete employee lifecycles (onboarding to offboarding).
- Hands-on proficiency with Keka / HRMS platforms for attendance, leave, MIS, and workflows.
- Proven track record in building SOPs, enforcing policies, managing PMS/KPIs, and handling employee relations.
- Strong logical reasoning,
data accuracy, process discipline, and ability to work in a fast-paced, founder-led setting.
