You will be part of the core Investment operations team, responsible for managing daily mutual fund operations activity and constantly contribute to the processes to achieve a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is expected to demonstrate strong critical thinking and prioritize time effectively according to the needs of the company.

Roles Responsibilities

- Onboarding new clients (KYC, account opening and order processing) and ensure responses to customer queries are as per the defined TAT

- Coordinate end-to-end query resolution with multiple entities such as RTA, Payment Gateway Partners, AMCs, and customers.

- Identify the issues/bugs in any processing application and get the same resolved with responsible teams

- Mutual Fund AUM Reconciliation and other MIS

- Continuously update knowledge on various product offering/process and regulatory changes and stay ahead of the curve for quick resolutions

- Maintain positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times

Preferences





- 3+ years of expertise in mutual fund operations at a financial service or wealth management business is mandatory.

Experience with a Fintech company will be a plus.

- Prior process adherence and client handling experience is required.

- NCFM /NISM certification in VA - Mutual Fund Distributors module will be an added advantage

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills is a must

- Must be a go-getter who can work efficiently with multiple teams and deliver before deadlines

- Strong analytical ability and problem solving skills with good knowledge of MS-Office

- Time management and prioritizing to meet the time sensitive deadlines.

- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
