Role Description The Senior Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational and administrative activities, supporting business planning, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves collaborating with internal teams to track performance metrics, prepare reports, and ensure adherence to company standards and policies.

maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and standard business software).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Experience in operations, administration, or business support roles within manufacturing, engineering, or related industries is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively on-site in Mumbai, collaborate across teams, and maintain high standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and basic knowledge of quality or compliance practices is beneficial.
