Job Summary

Develop recent business opportunities across residential, commercial, and infrastructure segments to drive sales growth. Generate leads through builders, architects, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients while expanding the customer network.

Conduct customer meetings and site visits to understand requirements and propose suitable elevator solutions.

Prepare techno-commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Coordinate with internal teams for project execution, maintain customer relationships, and monitor market and competitor activities.

2 15 years of experience in sales (preferably elevators, construction, building materials, HVAC, or engineering products).

Ability to manage project-based sales cycles.

Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or MBA in Sales or Marketing
