Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Endpoint & Device Management Engineer to help modernize and enhance enterprise device management capabilities across desktop and mobile platforms.
In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating, deploying, securing, and maintaining endpoint management technologies while supporting large-scale corporate environments. You will work closely with infrastructure, security, and support teams to deliver reliable device services and improve the overall end-user computing experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support enterprise endpoint management infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain deployment scripts, automation workflows, and device management policies.
- Design and implement secure endpoint management practices aligned with modern security standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex device, operating system, and application issues.
- Plan and execute software deployments, operating system upgrades, security patches, and application updates.
- Manage operating system lifecycle activities, software packaging, and endpoint configuration standards.
- Serve as an escalation point for advanced endpoint and client system issues.
- Collaborate with global IT, infrastructure, security, and support teams to ensure stable and effective device operations.
- Support enterprise mobility initiatives and cross-platform device management strategies.
- Maintain documentation, operational procedures, and technical standards related to endpoint environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing corporate endpoint environments.
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows, macOS, or mixed-platform environments.
- Practical experience with:
- macOS administration
- Endpoint management platforms (MDM/EMM)
- Device lifecycle management
- Scripting and automation
- Cloud-based management technologies
- Working knowledge of:
- Active Directory
- Identity and access management platforms
- TCP/IP networking
- DNS
- DHCP
- Enterprise network fundamentals
- Experience utilizing AI-powered tools and automation technologies within daily operational workflows.
- Professional-level communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise endpoint management experience.
- Experience managing:
- macOS devices
- iOS devices
- Android devices
- Strong interest in emerging technologies and continuous improvement.
- Experience with endpoint security solutions and modern security frameworks, including:
- Next-Generation Antivirus (NGAV)
- Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)
- Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB)
- Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Zero Trust architectures
- Understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and practical enterprise use cases.
- Experience with API integrations, workflow automation, and systems orchestration.
- Experience working in multinational or globally distributed environments.
