Role Description The Senior Electrical Engineer / Electrical Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This role is responsible for leading electrical design, planning, and execution for projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations. Day-to-day work includes preparing technical drawings and documentation, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, managing schedules and budgets, and overseeing installation and commissioning activities.

The position involves troubleshooting electrical systems, conducting site inspections, and providing guidance to junior engineers and technicians. The role also requires regular progress reporting, risk assessment,



and continuous improvement of processes to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in electrical engineering principles, including power distribution, circuitry, and control systems.
- Experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget oversight.
- Proficiency in using electrical design and documentation tools such as AutoCAD or similar software.
- Knowledge of relevant electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations applicable to on-site installations.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills for complex electrical and project issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to prepare reports, documentation, and stakeholder updates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline; advanced qualifications or certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) are an advantage.
- Proven experience in managing medium to large-scale electrical projects in an on-site environment.
- Willingness to work on-site in Navi Mumbai and conduct regular field inspections and supervision.
