Role Description The Senior Electrical Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Panipat, responsible for overseeing electrical systems that support ceramic manufacturing operations. The role includes designing and reviewing electrical layouts for plant equipment, supervising installation and maintenance of electrical infrastructure, and ensuring safe and reliable power distribution throughout the facility.

The Senior Electrical

Engineer will diagnose and resolve electrical issues, coordinate with production and maintenance teams, and manage contractors and vendors as needed. This position also involves developing standards for electrical safety, optimizing energy use,



supporting expansion or upgrade projects, and maintaining documentation and compliance with applicable codes and regulations.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering and practical knowledge of electricity principles.
- Proficiency in Electrical Design for industrial facilities, including equipment, panels, and control systems.
- Experience with Power Distribution systems, including switchgear, transformers, and protection devices.
- Knowledge of Power Systems analysis, reliability, load management, and fault diagnosis.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Relevant experience in industrial or manufacturing environments; ceramics or heavy industry experience is beneficial.
- Familiarity with electrical safety standards, local regulations, and best practices for plant operations.
- Ability to lead projects, mentor junior team members, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work on-site in a fast-paced production setting.
