Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during interior fit-out works at commercial properties.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to plan and execute turnkey projects from start to finish.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of project progress, budgets, and quality control metrics.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in corporate interiors or related field (e.g., construction management).
- Robust understanding of commercial projects, including fitness-outs and turnkey projects.
- Proficiency in interior works processes, including planning, execution, and completion phases.
- Familiarity with relevant health & safety regulations (HSE) principles.
