Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a high-agency leader to build and lead Hurixs AI Solutions and Enablement function. The individual will act as the bridge between AI and the business, helping functions identify high-value opportunities, improve processes, prototype practical solutions, and build the capabilities required to use AI effectively and responsibly.

The Senior director will define the teams service roadmap, build its capabilities, drive business adoption, and establish strategic partnerships that position Hurix as an AI enablement and services partner for leading technology companies.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Solutions & Service Roadmap:

- Define and maintain the roadmap and service catalogue for the AI Solutions and Enablement function.
- Identify high-value AI opportunities across learning design, content development, quality, project management, pre-sales, HR, finance, operations, and other business functions.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business value, feasibility, risk, scalability, and potential for reuse.
- Drive initiatives through the complete lifecyclefrom discovery and prototyping to pilot, adoption, and scale.
- Ensure AI initiatives address genuine business problems and deliver measurable value rather than focusing on technology experimentation alone.
- Establish frameworks and governance for evaluating, prioritizing, and scaling AI use cases.

Process Optimization & Innovation:
- Analyse business workflows to identify repetitive activities, delays, rework, inefficiencies, and quality risks.
- Determine whether the optimal solution is AI, automation, process simplification, or a combination of approaches.
- Design AI-enabled workflows that improve efficiency while retaining human judgement where required.
- Leverage approved no-code and low-code platforms to develop prompts, custom assistants, agents, prototypes, and reusable AI solutions.
- Partner with technology and engineering teams when coding, system integration, or production engineering is required.
- Define and track measurable improvements in effort, cycle time, quality, capacity, productivity, and business outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to scale successful solutions across multiple functions.





Business Enablement & Adoption:
- Help business teams understand where AI canand cannotcreate meaningful value.
- Build role-specific AI capabilities through practical demonstrations, workshops, playbooks, training, and guided application.
- Develop reusable patterns and frameworks for analysing, generating, classifying, synthesising, and transforming information.
- Build and manage a network of AI champions across business functions.
- Drive adoption of proven AI solutions beyond the teams where they were initially developed.
- Ensure successful practices are documented, standardised, and shared across the organisation.
- Promote responsible AI adoption, including data protection, output validation, appropriate human review, and responsible use practices.

Team Leadership & Capability Building:
- Assess the current capabilities of the AI Solutions and Enablement team and define the skills required to support the future roadmap.
- Build expertise across:
- Process analysis
- Task decomposition
- Prompt design
- AI workflow design
- No-code/low-code tools
- Rapid prototyping
- Solution testing and validation
- Facilitation and stakeholder engagement
- AI adoption and change management
- Coach team members to become confident business consultants, solution enablers, and problem-solvers.
- Establish clear roles, areas of expertise, delivery standards, and development plans.
- Build a culture of curiosity, rapid experimentation, accountability, collaboration, and measurable impact.
- Foster a mindset of continuous learning as AI capabilities and technologies evolve.

Technology Partnerships & Alliances:
- Identify major technology companies and platforms that align with Hurix capabilities, strategic priorities, and growth objectives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant technology partners,



certification programmes, alliances, and service-provider ecosystems.
- Define the capabilities, certifications, use cases, delivery standards, and internal readiness required for Hurix to become a trusted support or services partner.
- Build organisational readiness through certifications, demonstrations, reference solutions, proof-of-concepts, and delivery playbooks.
- Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, and business leaders to develop joint offerings, go-to-market opportunities, and client solutions.
- Maintain solid partner relationships and translate them into credible service capabilities, client opportunities, and business growth.
- Monitor the evolving AI partner ecosystem and identify opportunities for strategic differentiation.

Preferred candidate profile Education & Experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Digital Transformation, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in AI enablement, digital transformation, process improvement, innovation, learning, operations, consulting, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading teams and complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI and its practical application to business workflows.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, no-code/low-code automation, custom assistants, AI agents, or workflow platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous or evolving business requirements into practical, measurable solutions.
- Experience building organisational capability, driving technology adoption, and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Exposure to technology partnerships, certification programmes, strategic alliances, or technology-enabled service offerings is highly desirable.
- Coding or software-development experience is not required, although the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams is important.
