We are looking for a highly organised and execution-focused Digital Marketing Operations Lead who can manage client accounts, coordinate with internal teams, ensure timely delivery of projects, and drive digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate should be capable of managing day-to-day operations while also contributing strategically to client growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
- Present reports and campaign insights.
- Project and team management - Allocate work to designers, video editors, and developers.
- Maintain trackers and ensure on-time delivery.
- Plan monthly content calendar and review creatives before publishing.
- Monitor performance and suggest content improvements.
- Execute and Manage Paid Ad campaigns - Campaign planning, budget tracking, monitoring and reporting.
- Prepare monthly client reports.
- Manage internal workflows and ensure quality control before delivery.
- Sound knowledge of using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini,



Canva and similar tools.

Required skills/experience:

- Minimum 12-18 months in Digital Marketing
- Knows how to execute, optimise and manage Meta Ads
- Knows how to execute, optimise and manage Google Ads
- Has a robust understanding of SEO fundamentals
- Knows how to understand numbers from Google Analytics and report according to requirements.
- Google Tag Manager (basic)
- Knows end-to-end Social Media Management
- Project Management and Client Communication
- Analytics and Reporting
- Team management, training juniors and team collaboration
- Presentation Skills
