Role Description The Senior DevOps Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure to support application development and deployment.

The Senior

DevOps Engineer will build and manage CI/CD pipelines, automate provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code, and oversee system performance and availability. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with software engineering teams, optimizing build and release processes, monitoring production environments, troubleshooting incidents, and improving observability. The role also involves implementing best practices for security, backup, and disaster recovery,



and mentoring team members on DevOps standards and tooling.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Infrastructure as Code (IaC) skills, including experience with tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.
- Candidates should possess solid Software Development and scripting skills (e.g., Python, Go, Bash, or similar) to automate workflows and integrate systems.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Continuous Integration and delivery, including building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Candidates should possess advanced System Administration and Linux skills, including configuration, performance tuning, and security hardening in server environments.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar) is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, collaboration skills, and the capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams are required.
- A relevant bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is desirable.
