About the role

DoubleTick.io, an award-winning conversational CX stack, is looking for an experienced and visionary Sr. Designer to lead and scale our design function across product, brand, and marketing initiatives. This role requires a strategic design leader who can build exceptional user experiences, establish strong design systems, and create a compelling brand identity while leading and mentoring a high-performing design team.

The ideal candidate combines strong design leadership with hands-on execution capabilities and has experience working in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design Leadership & Strategy

- Define and own the overall design vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of product, visual, and brand designers.
- Foster a robust design culture centered around innovation, user empathy, and collaboration.
- Establish design processes, frameworks, and best practices across the organization.

2. Product Design

- Lead end-to-end product design across web and mobile platforms.
- Drive user-centric design decisions through customer research, usability testing, and data insights.
- Create seamless and intuitive user experiences that improve adoption, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality product experiences.

3. Design Systems & UX Excellence

- Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
- Ensure consistency across products, platforms, and customer touchpoints.
- Define and monitor UX metrics and continuously improve customer experiences.

4. Brand & Marketing Design

- Oversee the company's visual identity across digital and offline channels.
- Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visual storytelling.




- Support marketing initiatives through high-quality creative assets for campaigns, events, social media, and sales enablement.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

- Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Leadership teams to align design efforts with business goals.
- Translate complex business and technical requirements into intuitive and elegant user experiences.
- Advocate for design thinking across the organization.

Ideal candidate

- 7–10 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI, Interaction, or Visual Design, with proven experience leading and scaling design teams in high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
- Strong experience in B2B SaaS, CRM, ERP, MarTech, CPaaS, or enterprise software, with a track record of delivering customer-centric experiences that drive adoption, engagement, and business outcomes.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor senior designers, collaborate cross-functionally, influence executive stakeholders, and balance strategic vision with strong execution.
- Strong expertise in user-centered design, design systems, information architecture, interaction design, usability, and modern product development, with hands-on proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, prototyping, user research, and design system frameworks.
- Experience working in Agile product environments, with excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills,



and the ability to connect design decisions with customer insights, data, and business outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Engineering, Fine Arts, or related field; Master's/MBA is a plus. Experience with enterprise users, complex workflows, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven product design is preferred.
