Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
Location: Indore
Experience: 1-3 Years
Salary: 20,000 - 30,000
Responsibilities
1. Manage customer relationships and handle queries.
2. Follow up with leads and existing customers.
3. Maintain customers records and CRM data.
4. Coordinate with sales and operations teams.
5. Resolve customer issues and ensure customer staisfaction.
Requirments 1.1-3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, sales or relationship management.
1. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Valuable convincing and problem solving abilities.
4.Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel. 5.Ability to handle multiple customers and follow-ups efficiently.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
