About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Copywriter - Performance & Brand to lead copy across SoulSensei’s marketing and customer communication. You will own copy across paid campaigns, email, WhatsApp, landing pages, social media and workshop launches. Along with creating original content, you will review work produced by agencies and creative partners, ensuring that all communication is consistent with SoulSensei’s voice and supports business objectives.

This role requires someone who can combine emotion-led brand storytelling with conversion-focused writing and independently manage the copy function from briefing to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead copy development across performance marketing, brand campaigns, email, CRM, WhatsApp, landing pages and social media.
- Write concepts, hooks, video scripts, headlines, primary text and calls to action for Meta and Google campaigns.
- Develop campaign narratives and messaging frameworks for workshops, personal sessions, guides and new initiatives.
- Create distinct copy variations for different audiences, creative formats and stages of the customer journey.
- Write and adapt communication across English, Hindi and Hinglish while maintaining cultural relevance and authenticity.
- Use campaign data and audience insights to improve copy and identify stronger creative angles.
- Review work created by agencies,



freelancers and creative partners, providing clear feedback and final approvals.
- Maintain SoulSensei’s tone of voice and messaging standards across all customer-facing communication.
- Collaborate with marketing, business, design and video teams to take campaigns from brief to execution.
- Establish an efficient process for copy briefing, review, approvals and delivery.
- Manage multiple copy requirements while maintaining quality and meeting timelines.
- Stay updated on performance marketing, D2C, wellness and digital content trends.

What We’re Looking For

- 5 - 7 years of copywriting experience across performance marketing and brand communication.
- At least 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience writing conversion-focused copy for paid digital campaigns.
- Previous experience independently owning copy for a brand or serving as the final reviewer for customer-facing communication.
- A robust portfolio featuring advertisements, campaigns, video scripts, emailers and landing pages.
- Excellent command of English, Hindi and Hinglish, with the ability to write naturally for each audience.
- Experience briefing and reviewing the work of agencies, freelancers or junior writers.
- Strong editing skills and attention to detail.
- An understanding of audience psychology and the ability to balance conversion goals with brand integrity.
- Comfort using performance data to guide creative decisions.
- High ownership and the ability to manage multiple campaigns independently.
- Experience with D2C, wellness, spirituality, personal development or consumer brands will be preferred.
- An understanding of communication for urban Indian women aged 35 and above.
- A genuine interest in spirituality, mindfulness, wellness and personal growth.
