We currently have an exciting opportunity with TTEC Digital for a Senior Consultant – ServiceNow role based in Hyderabad (Hybrid). The role involves working closely with our technical and client-facing teams to design, develop, integrate, and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.

We are specifically looking for professionals with experience in:

ServiceNow Core Skills

- ServiceNow platform development and implementation
- ServiceNow architecture and data model
- JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- ServiceNow configuration, customization, and scripting
- REST and SOAP API integrations
- ServiceNow workflows and automation
- ITIL processes and best practices

Customer Experience & Contact Center

- ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM)
- CCaaS / Contact Center technologies
- CTI and IVR integrations
- Telephony and third-party system integrations
- Customer experience-focused ServiceNow solutions

Additional Skills

- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, ITOM, HRSD, IntegrationHub, Service Portal/Employee Center
- Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Cloud platforms and technologies
- Technical troubleshooting and production support
- Experience working with onshore/offshore teams
- Technical mentoring and guidance to junior team members

Certifications

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)



or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Required
- Additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus
