Job Summary

As a Senior Consultant - Project Manager within Global Learning Content Services (GLCS) at Eli Lilly and Company, you will be instrumental in leading and executing strategic learning content initiatives. Job Responsibilities

- Lead and manage complex global learning content projects from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.

- Develop and maintain robust business partnerships with stakeholders across various functions and regions to understand learning needs and translate them into actionable project plans.

- Drive change leadership within learning content development processes, fostering adoption of new tools, methodologies, and best practices.

- Utilize data literacy to analyze project performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize content effectiveness and delivery.

- Exercise sound decision-making in navigating project challenges, resource allocation, and risk mitigation, ensuring alignment with GLCS and company objectives.

- Exert strategic influence on key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gain consensus, secure resources, and champion innovative learning solutions.

- Manage project budgets, resources, and vendor relationships effectively.

- Communicate project status, risks, and successes clearly and concisely to all relevant stakeholders.





Job Qualifications

- Demonstrated Business Competence with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry dynamics and corporate learning needs.

- Proven ability to build and nurture effective Business Partnerships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

- Track record of successful Change Leadership in implementing new processes or technologies within a complex organizational environment.

- Strong Data Literacy skills, including the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and use analytics to inform project decisions.

- Excellent Decision Making capabilities, with a history of making sound judgments under pressure and in ambiguous situations.

- Highly developed Strategic Influence skills, capable of persuading and motivating others to achieve desired outcomes.

- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, with a significant portion focused on learning and development or content creation.

- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Education, Project Management) or equivalent practical experience. PMP certification preferred.

- Experience working in a global organization and managing cross-functional teams.
