Role & responsibilities

- Managing the complete recruitment life cycle, client delivery across various domains, client management.

- Individual Contributor (IC) role with responsibility for achieving monthly and annual revenue targets.

- Handling end-to-end recruitment for middle and senior-level positions across industries.

- Leading executive searches, leadership hiring, permanent staffing, and industry mapping to meet client requirements.

- Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates matching client expectations

Preferred candidate profile

- excellent Communication skills 4-9 years' experience in NON-IT recruitment.

- Solid leadership hiring skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

- Excellent client management skills with ability to build long-term relationships at CXO level.

- Proven track record of successful project delivery, including managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
