The Position:

APAC Advantage is expanding into India, and we are looking for a Senior Consultant to help build that presence from our new office in New Delhi. This is an early role in the market, so you will be involved in setting up how we work here as well as delivering client projects.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated consultant who can take ownership of client engagements from analysis through to implementation. In this role you will assess client needs, design practical operating models, and work directly with suppliers and local partners to make sure those models function on the ground. You will combine structured consulting work with hands-on execution and stay involved until operations run reliably.

We expect our consultants to work fluently with AI tools in their daily work, and to apply real operational experience and professional judgement to everything that comes out of them. We want people who use these tools to work faster and go deeper, and who still check the facts, understand the client's situation, and stand behind the quality of what they deliver.

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage and deliver projects in India and across the region, working both independently and in cross-border teams with APAC Advantage's other offices.
- Help establish our operations in India, including building the local supplier and partner network and adapting our delivery approach to the market.
- Collect and analyse data through interviews, surveys, desk research, or other methods depending on the project's scope and requirements.
- Lead and conduct supplier and site visits, and collect relevant supplier data.
- Carry out analysis according to project requirements and scope.
- Design practical operating structures, clarify roles, and set up routines that hold under real operating conditions.
- Coordinate execution with internal teams, suppliers, and service providers; monitor performance and resolve issues as they come up.
- Prepare clear,



accurate documents and deliver proposals to prospective clients as well as presentations to existing clients.
- Track and report prospect activity, and support project scoping and business development.
- Contribute to developing APAC Advantage's methods, AI-supported tools, and ways of working in India.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of consulting, operations, or supply chain experience in an international setting.
- Minimum a bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, finance, supply chain, or a related field.
- Fluent, practical use of AI tools in professional work (research, analysis, drafting, and document preparation) combined with the experience and judgement to verify the output and take responsibility for it.
- Working knowledge of the Indian supplier and industrial landscape, including regional manufacturing clusters, logistics, and compliance requirements.
- A proactive team player who can work both in teams and independently on project-based analysis and business assessments.
- Strong business sense with a logical and analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to maintain qualified client relationships.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel within India and the region, and to spend time on site with suppliers and partners.
