Key Responsibilities
- Create
social media graphics, PPC/performance ad creatives, display assets,
presentation visuals, and campaign adaptations
- Develop
landing-page, website, and UI layouts in coordination with Technology and
Client Servicing teams
- Translate
campaign briefs into clear visual hierarchies that work across multiple digital
formats and screen sizes
- Maintain
brand consistency across client accounts while adapting tone and visual
language to different audiences
- Create
multiple concept routes for performance creatives rather than only resizing one
master design
- Prepare
production-ready files, organised source files, and accurate exports for web
and social placements
- Work
closely with Paid Media, Social Media, and Content teams to improve creative
effectiveness based on campaign feedback

Must-Have Skills / Screening
Criteria
- Strong




portfolio demonstrating graphic design, social media creatives, digital ads,
and/or UI/UX work
- Hands-on
proficiency in Figma plus Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator
- Strong
typography, layout, spacing, colour, and visual hierarchy fundamentals
- Able
to design for mobile-first formats and adapt concepts across different aspect
ratios
- Comfortable
taking feedback, iterating quickly, and managing multiple client deadlines

Valuable to Have
- Basic
motion design/video editing capability for reels or animated ads
- Understanding
of conversion-focused/PPC creative principles and A/B testing
- Experience
designing landing pages, design systems, or responsive web interfaces
