About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Cisco Voice Qualified Services Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Cisco Unified Communications and Enterprise Voice solutions. The role focuses on implementing, integrating, upgrading, and troubleshooting Cisco voice environments for Banking and Financial Services customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Cisco Voice solutions.
- Hands-on administration of Cisco CUCM, CUBE, Unity Connection, SIP gateways, and related components.
- Configure SIP trunks, dial plans, call routing, gateways, extensions, ACD, and IVR.
- Integrate Cisco voice environments with NiCE/NTRX, Verint, Avaya, Microsoft Teams, and other platforms.
- Troubleshoot SIP, RTP, VoIP, call signaling, codec, and call-quality issues.
- Perform Wireshark packet captures and Cisco trace/log analysis.
- Support migrations, upgrades, UAT, testing, deployment, and go-live.
- Work with customers and vendors during implementation and troubleshooting.
- Conduct RCA for complex Cisco voice issues.
Required Skills
- 510 years of Cisco Voice/Collaboration experience.
- Cisco Voice Mandatory / Primary Skill.
- Strong hands-on experience with CUCM, CUBE, Unity Connection, SIP Trunks, and Voice Gateways.
- Strong knowledge of SIP, RTP, VoIP, ACD, IVR, dial plans, and call routing.
- Strong networking – TCP/IP, VLAN, LAN/WAN, routing and switching.
- Hands-on Wireshark and packet analysis.
- Windows Server and basic SQL knowledge.
- PowerShell/Shell scripting exposure.
- Strong customer-facing and consulting skills.
- Banking / Financial Services experience – Mandatory.
Good to Have CCNA/CCNP Collaboration, NiCE/NTRX, Verint, Avaya, Microsoft Teams, AWS/Azure, VMware.
