Job Responsibilities:

• Project Support: Assist in overseeing civil engineering aspects of architectural projects, ensuring smooth progress from concept to completion.

• Site Assistance: Support site supervision by monitoring construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

• Material Research: Assist in researching and recommending appropriate construction materials based on cost, durability, and aesthetics.

• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of civil engineering elements in the project.

• Quality Assurance: Help implement quality control measures to ensure that the project meets the highest standards of workmanship and safety.

• Problem-Solving:



Assist in identifying and resolving technical challenges that arise during the construction process.

• Documentation: Help maintain detailed project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and progress reports.

• Reporting: Assist in preparing progress reports, cost estimates, and other project-related documentation.

• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations to enhance your expertise.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or a related field)

· 10+ years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in the architectural field

· Familiarity with structural engineering principles and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro)

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

· Eagerness to learn and grow professionally

· Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is a plus

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of Civil Engineering principles and design techniques
- Basic understanding of UDCPR, Planning and Stormwater Management
- Ability to assist in problem-solving and making decisions
- Solid communication and teamwork abilities
- Motivation to manage smaller projects and contribute to larger ones
