Conscious Future Institute is looking for an experienced Senior / Chief Clinical Psychologist to lead and strengthen its clinical and 1:1 counselling vertical.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 1:1 counselling and psychotherapy sessions.
- Manage complex psychological and emotional cases.
- Conduct assessments, case formulation, and treatment planning.
- Supervise and mentor junior psychologists and therapists.
- Support clinical protocols, case reviews, and quality standards.
- Contribute to workshops and psychological interventions when required.
Requirements
- 6–15 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Strong background in counselling and psychotherapy.
- Experience across multiple therapeutic modalities preferred.
- Solid communication, clinical judgement, and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership or supervision experience will be an advantage.
We are looking for professionals who bring depth, empathy, clinical maturity, and a strong therapeutic presence. Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
