Role Description The Senior Business Development Manager is a full-time on-site role based in Guwahati. In this position, you will lead business development initiatives, execute sales strategies, and build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities include identifying prospective clients,



negotiating and closing deals, achieving sales targets, and working closely with cross-functional teams to design solutions that meet client needs. You will also develop market strategies, track key performance metrics, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization through innovative business ideas.

Qualifications

- Proven expertise in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management.
- Strong skills in sales strategy, negotiation, and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build and manage skilled relationships.
- Understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and strategic planning to drive growth.
- Proficiency in utilizing technology tools and software for tracking performance and generating insights.
- Leadership skills to manage, mentor, and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly desirable.
