Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Azure Platform Support Engineer with 9+ years of experience in supporting enterprise applications and cloud platforms. The candidate should have experience working with Azure, Commercial/ETRM applications, Market Data, and Business Applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for business-critical applications and Azure platforms.
- Monitor application and platform performance and resolve issues.
- Troubleshoot production incidents and provide timely solutions.
- Work with Azure cloud services and enterprise applications.
- Support ETRM/Commercial applications and Market Data systems.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, business, and vendor teams.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and change activities.
- Ensure system availability, stability, and performance.




- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and support procedures.

Required Skills
- 9+ years of experience in application/platform support.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Experience supporting business-critical enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of ETRM / Commercial applications.
- Experience working with Market Data systems.
- Good understanding of application monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of databases, SQL, APIs, and integration concepts.
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in the Energy/Trading/Risk Management domain.
- Knowledge of Azure monitoring and security.
- Experience with PowerShell or scripting.
- Familiarity with ITIL/service management processes.
- Experience working in production support environments.

Pay: ₹693,892.55 - ₹1,901,181.98 per year
