Inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate – SAP Fieldglass SOW Management.

Work location: Bangalore (work from office)

The SAP Fieldglass SOW Analyst is responsible for supporting Statement of Work (SOW) administration activities within SAP Fieldglass. The role supports SOW creation, maintenance, milestone tracking, invoice validation, compliance checks, and stakeholder coordination to ensure efficient execution of services procurement processes.

The individual will work closely with Procurement, Finance, Suppliers, Accounts Payable, and Business Stakeholders to support day-to-day SOW operations while ensuring adherence to established processes, SLAs, and governance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

SOW Administration

- Create and maintain Statements of Work (SOWs) in SAP Fieldglass.
- Process SOW amendments, extensions, renewals, and closures.
- Review requests for completeness and accuracy before processing.
- Maintain SOW records, supporting documents, and approval history.
- Ensure timely processing of transactions within established SLAs.
- Follow standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines.

Milestone Tracking Support





- Monitor milestone progress and update milestone status within SAP Fieldglass.
- Validate supporting documentation submitted for milestone completion.
- Follow up with stakeholders on pending milestone approvals.
- Escalate milestone delays or documentation gaps to senior team members.
- Maintain milestone tracking logs and status reports.

Invoice Validation & Processing

- Review supplier invoices against approved SOWs and milestones.
- Verify invoice details, funding limits, and supporting documentation.
- Support invoice approval and payment readiness activities.
- Coordinate with Finance and Accounts Payable teams on invoice-related queries.
- Track pending invoices and follow up for timely resolution.
- Support invoice dispute resolution activities.

Stakeholder Coordination

- Respond to operational queries related to SOW processing and invoice status.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Suppliers, Hiring Managers, and Finance teams.
- Provide status updates on SOW transactions, milestones, and invoices.
- Escalate process issues and exceptions when required.
- Support governance reviews and operational meetings.

Compliance & Reporting

- Ensure adherence to procurement policies and operational controls.
- Maintain accurate transaction records for audit purposes.
- Support preparation of operational reports and dashboards.
- Track SLA performance and operational metrics.
- Participate in process improvement and documentation activities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Procurement Operations, Contract Administration, Services Procurement, Vendor Management Support, Order-to-Cash, or related operational functions.
- Exposure to SAP Fieldglass, Procurement Operations, or Workforce Management is preferred.
- Experience working with invoices, contracts, purchase orders, or operational transactions is an advantage.
