About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Associate / Manager – Transaction Advisory to join our Finance & Corporate Advisory team in New Delhi. The role will involve financial analysis, financial modelling, transaction advisory and supporting clients across infrastructure and project finance assignments.

The ideal candidate should have robust analytical capabilities, a good understanding of financial models and exposure to infrastructure/project finance. Experience with international banks, developers, investors, funds or financial/corporate advisory institutions will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, review and analyze detailed financial models for projects and transactions.
- Conduct financial analysis, feasibility studies, business case assessments and investment analysis.
- Support transaction advisory assignments including financial structuring, valuation and due diligence.
- Assist in infrastructure and project finance transactions across different sectors.
- Analyze project cash flows, debt structures, returns, sensitivities and key financial metrics.
- Support preparation of financial models, investment memorandums, presentations and client deliverables.
- Develop and evaluate Public Private Partnership (PPP) models and project structures.
- Conduct market, industry and company research to support advisory engagements.
- Work closely with clients, lenders, investors, developers and other transaction stakeholders.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across finance,



technical, legal and commercial workstreams.
- Contribute to business development activities, proposals and preparation of pitch materials.

Educational Qualification & Experience

- Master’s degree in Finance from a premier B-School.
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience in transaction advisory, corporate finance, investment banking, project finance or related fields.
- CFA Level III cleared will be an added advantage.
- Experience with international banks, developers, investors, funds or financial/corporate advisory institutions will be preferred.

• Prior experience in infrastructure finance / project finance is strongly preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent financial modelling capabilities.
- Good understanding of corporate finance and financial analysis.

• Basic to strong understanding of Public Private Partnership (PPP)

structures.

- Strong understanding of project finance concepts will be an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with complex financial data.
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
